What are the components of Food ?

We all know that a food we eat come from a variety of sources like plants, animals, insects etc. like, rice, eggs, honey and many more. If we talk about a meal, it is usually made up of one or more ingredients, which we get from plant or animal. These ingredients contain some components that are needed by our body and we call them nutrients.  Major nutrients in food are carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. Food also contain some dietary fibres and water which is required by our body.  But not all foods contain all the nutrients then how can we know which food contain which nutrient? What is Gardener's Theory of Multiple Intelligence?

Every child is intelligent in his own way. We cannot limit the type of intelligence that one have. And it is not necessary that a child has only one type of intelligence. He can have more than one type of intelligence.  A theory was given by Dr. Howard Gardener in 1983 in his book Frames of Mind: The theory of Multiple Intelligences that emphasize on the multiple intelligence in an individual. What is Kohlberg's theory of Moral Development?

Lawrence Kohlberg, an american psychologist is known for his theory of moral development. His theory is based on the principle of Piaget's theory of moral development. He use the same method as Piaget i.e story telling. Each story include a moral dilemma. The best story of Kohlberg is Heinz Dilemma. Heinz wife was suffering from a some rare kind of cancer and the drug for the disease is discovered by  local chemist but he( chemist ) asking for 10 times the cost of drug. This was much more than the Heinz could afford. Heinz was not able to raise even half of the money despite the help of family members. Heinz explained to the chemist that his wife is dying and asked if hey could have the drug at cheaper coast or pay the rest of the money later. The chemist refused and told that he had discovered the drug and he is going to make money from it.
